What we collect, and why
- Emails you send us. The site has no form: you write to us by email. We keep your email address and any name, company, phone number, message and attachments you choose to send, to answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to prepare, quote and carry out the work. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6.1.f). Providing this data is voluntary; without it we cannot reply.
- Customer and supplier records. If we work together we keep the data needed for quotes, orders, invoices and communication. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Article 6.1.b) and compliance with legal obligations (Article 6.1.c).
- Server logs. When you visit, our web server records your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser type, to keep the site secure and working. Logs are deleted after 14 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the site (Article 6.1.f).
This site sets no cookies and has no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own server, not from third parties. We do not make decisions about you by automated means.
Where the data comes from
From you, directly. We do not buy or combine data from other sources.
Who receives your data
- Google Cloud provides the server that hosts this website and our mail server (Google Cloud EMEA Ltd and Google LLC). The server is located in the United States; transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) delivers the emails we send from our mail server. It acts as our data processor.
- Public authorities and courts, where the law requires it.
- Suppliers, only when you ask us to source parts or equipment and the supplier needs details to quote, and only the details needed for that.
We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months of the last message. If we work together, we keep the records for as long as the contract runs and afterwards for the periods required by law, including six years for accounting and commercial records (Article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code). Server logs are kept for 14 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, or send it to you in a portable format, and you can object to its use based on our legitimate interest. Write to sales@mail.cluqua.com; we may ask you to confirm your identity and will answer within one month. Where processing rests on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
